I built a two temp stage controller (will heat and cool) for my ferm fridge this week using an STC 1000 controller for under $35.
Only draw back is all temps are in Celsius and that requires math.
If you do a search on HBT or YouTube for 'STC 1000' you will find all sorts of info.

Best temp controlled fridge? I may ask for one for Christmas to use as a beer fridge
