either way, if his hand is under his shirt reaching for his waist band, i could certainly understand officer wilson's concern

From the store video it looked like it, but yeah that pic looks 100% like that's what it was.
Another lesson: stop wearing that baggy arse shite and it won't look like you're going for a weapon when you're pulling them up before you rush a cop?
