Its very hard to pay your guards $21+ million and have them rate as 2 of the worst in football.

You can already see it this year and that's with having to pay certain defensive players and letting solid rotation players go.
Dynasties are hard to form for this reason. Gotta hit in the draft consistently, not make mistakes with overpaying players, and have players paying above their wage.
