Well, if the witnesses that backed up Wilson's version of events had spoken up initially, things would have been a lot better all around. You wouldn't have this sense of a miscarriage of justice and outrage. Unfortunately, the people in that apartment complex that saw that version of events were in very real fear for their lives and never went public. They probably never will.

I whole heartedly believe that if DW was knocked out by MB, he would have been dead with his face stomped in.
I love hearing all these "civil rights leaders" on the radio trying to respond to the evidence in the testimony. Usually they just don't respond at all and talk about how the system is set up to be racist. All these people want change but have no suggestions to offer on how to make it better.

Mother-fricking right! I have been vehemently stating for the last 20 years that gentle parenting and all of this "consider your child's self-esteem" bull shite has one of two effects. Either your strong-willed child rebukes the laws of society or your non-motivated child repeatedly fails in life and blames his/her surroundings. Thanks for making my day.
