Of the LaPlace andouille...which is the spiciest? I always use half jacobs (for smoke) and half best stop (for spice) when making gumbo etc. I'd like to not have to keep going to Scott.

I use Jerry Lees because it's close. I think it's good stuff

I don't think any of the Laplace andouille is especially spicy. Maybe you could use some hot sausage for part of the andouille?
