How is 60% even possible? We have one or two throwing options any time we throw, and passing plays are only 30% of the time. If its that simple then why is our offense forfeiting even average success 4 out of the last 5 years? Obviously as currently structured that feat is more difficult than it sounds. Even guys at schools like Texas Tech can accomplish that with inferior offensive lines, running backs, receivers, all while being apart of a team with a losing record. 60% is good in the NFL, NOT COLLEGE. It's average in college. There are currently 57 QB's in CFB with a completion % at 60 or above. Lots of true freshman, true sophs, and inexperience galore. Did LSU just pick the shittiest system in the world? Sounds like they are doing something obviously wrong if everyone else can get adequate numbers with less to work with.
