Yep. Competent un-corrupt boxing officials and UFC would not be near what it is.
With the exception of Fedor never fighting in UFC, the best fight the best or they forfeit their belts.
Not heavyweights but the fact that Floyd vs. Manny never happened in inexcusable and tells you what you need to know about boxing.

I can't really say how good Fedor is because its a well known fact that Pride was fixed and once he left and came to the US he got worked. I would like to think he was as good as we all think he was but it really is tough to say.
