I wondered what the rumors were in Tampa and how they originated.

The case against Oswald:

Motive–
• Oswald's warped craving for fame--or infamy. Most recently exhibited when Oswald attempted to murder retired Air Force Gen. Edwin Walker in April of 1963.
• Oswald's thirst for revenge against John Connally, who, as Sec. of Navy, did not assent to Oswald's written request that his undesirable discharge from the Marines be reversed.
• Oswald's hatred of anti-Castro, anti-Communist Pres. Kennedy.

Means–
• Oswald, a trained marksman and rifle owner, who previously attempted to murder a U.S. Air Force general, worked at the TSBD, giving him access to the best location in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963 to attempt the assassinations of Kennedy and Connally.

Opportunity–
Dallas, Nov. 22, 1963, 12:25 p.m.–12:35 p.m., CST.

Yes, but how long in advance was JFK's trip to Dallas announced? And I wonder when the motorcade route was planned? Answers to these questions could render moot the idea that Oswald got a job at the TSBD with the specific intention to commit an assassination.

On the other hand, the trip and motorcade route could have simply been quite a convenient coincidence for him.

Motorcade route printed in Dallas paper at 1 or 2 days before assassination. Oswald began working at TSBD approximately four weeks before November 22, 1963. And for what it's worth, Oswald did NOT decide on his own to apply for a job there. Instead, Oswald's wife's landlady suggested to Marina Oswald that her husband apply for a job at TSBD. Oswald was unemployed, near broke and desperate for work at the time.

So you are saying it was a fortuitous coincidence from Oswald's perspective?

After visiting the TSBD I can say there is no way Oswald did it alone. Once you look at the scene from the sixth floor you realize it didn't make any sense for Oswald to shoot when he did supposedly.

Had a miami
lawyer tell me frank ciccolini (aka frank sturgis) confessed on his deathbed to firing a remington xp100 FROM THE SEWER. he was one of the 3 tramps. Oswald was a dummy. They set him up as the wounded duck. He claimed same team took out commie mlk. Same m. o.with ray.

Which means Oswalt's wife's landlady would have had to be in on it
