Ok so I got the hole wrong. However, if you notice, his score only goes down one stroke after this. So he carded a 5. He should have the tee shot(1), 7hacks in the rough(8), touching the ball with his hand-two stroke penalty(10), penalty after dropping from water(12), hit onto the green(13), two putt(15). So happy should have carded a 15 where he carded a 5. That is the most egregious cheat in golf history
