Jennings is statistically one of the worst starting QBs in the FBS. Hell, he may be one of the worst starting QBs in all of college football statistically, meaning FCS, JUCO, and whatever else there is.
If Harris can't do better than 8 of 26 for 76 yards, or 12 of 22 for 87 yards, then we are seriously fricked!
