Not having a title game cost Okie state in 2011 (irionically if OU had won that game all the "experts" said a 1 loss Oklahoma would jump Bama, but not OSU ) and cost KSU from even being in the discussion in 2012. So it would not surprise me if the lack of a conference championship game costs TCU. However, I think Ohio State jumps MSU at the last minute nobody that matters (ESPN, ad ppl, etc) want to see a one loss non SEC champ MSU over a one loss big ten champ OSU.

Big 12 should add Cincy and BYU and be done with it.
