I don't know if they have a kitchen. I think Punchers briefly served food. I imagine building a small kitchen would probably pay for itself fairly quickly. Or work out a deal with IPO where people order off a limited menu, they cook the order at IPO and the dish gets pushed through an opening between the two places.

small kitchen to basically fry stuff that Punchers had. IPO is the landlord of that location now, so I doubt any food goes in there to compete.
