What the Ark loss showed more than anything was that LSU wasn't up for this game, that includes most of the coaching staff except maybe for LSU's defense. The Ala loss played a much bigger role than most of us realize, it totally deflated LSU. This young LSU team needed an extra week to recover.

Outlook -
1. Let me keep reminding everyone this is a very young team but its a very talented team with a strong defense, with some proper course corrections on offense it can go very far next year.

2. Glad to see Miles sit Quinn for a half, Miles needed to make a strong statement to our receivers as he has done with our running-backs.

3. Miles continues to be very stubborn on offense, it has won many games, but now its time to re-access LSU's offense, its really struggling. Would love to cook a large seafood gumbo for Miles and his staff, have a close friend who has contact with someone within the LSU organization. Maybe I can ease Les Miles' stubborn brain through his stomach. I will always hope and expect for LSU to attain greatness. That's never going to change.

Well, this staff gets paid an awful lot of money to not be "up" for EVERY game.

Why doesnt Miles make a strong statement with the QB spot, like he did for Quinn, RBs, WRs, etc?

young team

We need to find a way to incorporate this into our recruiting message. We seem to be the only school in the country that can have a "young" team every damned year. Apparently, players sign with LSU and never get older. We need to play this up in recruiting with something along the lines of "sign with LSU and become IMMORTAL!" or something like that.

next year

I am so got-damned tired of hearing about how good our "young team" will be NEXT FRICKING YEAR. When is next year finally going to get here?

Who cares if a receiver sits? It's not like we're going to throw it to him anyway.

No. His stubbornness has not won any games. Miles has won games in spite of his stubbornness.

Looks like it already has, if you're in favor of keeping a coach whom you recognize is too stubborn to address his obvious, glaring weaknesses.

My God. Some of you people would ride the Devil all the way to hell even if he was the coach. Just because a car looks good on the outside doesn't mean it runs worth a shite. Come on people, get your heads out of your asses.
