Beth is like what, 16 or 17, and Daryl is like what, in his mid-30s at least (he looks closer to mid-40s, but I doubt the character is actually that old)? I don't see them ever going with a Daryl/Beth hookup.
Now a Beth and Noah hookup, that I could see.

I don't even think sex is something that means anything to Darryl. Like he could go without it for the rest of his days and be just fine.
