When you look at that video, Jennings is MUCH better than Harris, and it's not even close.
That's an unfair comparison
Same day. Same teammates. Same opponent. Pretty fair comparison.

quote:

Miles put Harris into a meat-grinder against a AU team that had the LSU game circled on the calendar when the schedule came out..IMO LSU would not have won that game no matter who started
There is a lot of truth in that statement. AU was HIGHLY motivated. Harris did not help.

quote:

Against NMS Harris bailed out Jennings...Care to debate THAT??????
Harris did not bail out Jennings. The fans were booing and Jennings threw two picks. Miles was right to insert Harris. Jennings looked bad, and the booing was only making things worse.

LSU was leading 14-0 early in the second quarter when Harris went in. It was a good opportunity to give Harris a shot: home game with a lead against a cupcake. Harris excelled in that game.

Then how about Mississippi State?

Lol.

Comical. You may be the only person alive who believes AJ is better than Harris. AJ is one of the wrist QB in all of CFB. For Harris to be worse it would be a near statistical improbability

Doesn't sound like it.... But OK....
What is it about my statements that it "Doesn't sound like it"?

Those are very interesting statements. You are a very curious character.

Face it. Jennings was HORRIBLE against fricking New Mexico st.... FACT... YES Harris bailed him out.... Miles made a crucial mistake though by starting Harris on the raod in one of the toughest places to win... He should have saved him for the UK game AT HOME.... Even if they start Jennings against AU, The result would have been the same/.......

PEEJ, I predicted the same exact score as you for LSU-Arkansas game. Maybe the fact that I picked the same result will cancel out the shitiness that your predictions always entail.

As for Harris, his talent will come through and he will shine next year . . . IF his mind gets right.

I have been told by his high school teachers that he is a very intelligent student and a young man of great character. I really believe that this young man will really take us far...

I have too. The kid goes to my alma mater. I've met him several times at games and at the school. Hes well spoken, polite, and appears to be intelligent. His peers and teachers say the same.
Many posters have suggested his work ethic is poor. If that's the case, then that would be a total reversal from his days at parkway.

Who knows......

There will be no competition - J Lee was the leading QB in the SEC, saved Miles' a-- after JJ got suspended then got shafted.
JJ Part II is what we are looking at and for the next 2 seasons be prepared for his abysmal on the field performance

It's nothing but lies made up by supposed fans to try and rationalize stupid decisions by miles.

So they bash a player.

It stems from something he posted online saying his work ethic has been "average" or something along those lines. Who knows how legit it is, but he posted it and I guess people have run with it.

That said, it would make sense that maybe he isn't getting more snaps or hasn't taken over due to not putting in the work necessary (unless you believe the bullshite that Les plays favorites like we're in Pop Warner). He obviously has more raw talent than Jennings.

But as everyone else has said, he really does seem like a kid that has his head on right. He'll get there. Maybe he's just knee-deep in pussy and can't find time for football? I wouldn't blame him

You may be right......totally overwhelmed with the endless supply of trim walking around......small head has taken over the thinking for his body.

I can tell you this, I personally saw him make some throws and do things with a football that would seem dam near impossible. He single-handedly carried parkway in several games over 2 years.

If he ends up being half as good as he was in high school, he will win a lot of games for us......signed Harris/Parkway homer!

I believe this about as much as "he doesn't know the offense".

Just because he has made some mistakes with going the wrong way on handoffs doesn't mean he doesn't know the offense. AJ did it twice against bama

His tweet was he needs to work harder.
Not that his work is average. You can be working hard and realize the need to double down.

I swear to god you mouth breathers will make up any lie and bash any player to fit your narrative.

"My thoughts have been MAJOR.. But my work ethic has been average. Won't see my results that way. Time to go harder." - Brandon Harris

I wasn't making a damn thing up, douche bag. That's your thing. I even said I don't know if it's a legit reflection of how much work he's actually putting in. But he definitely posted it.

He did tweet it....and I have to admit I was a little shocked. Maybe this is his way of trying to stay humble.....IDK.

He's got to find a way to get on the field...it's the only way he can show his stuff. If he's not ready by next year, I'll be first to say bring on AJ.....as painful as that would be.
