The fact that detective D was allowed to continue to work for NOPD is disgusting.
Seriously, NOPD needs to be completely taken over by the FBI the same way the army ran the Iraqi army for 10+ years.

seriously.. I know it's impossible. But nearly every employee needs to be fired and then retrained.
No wonder why they can't get new people in, everyone knows it's a shite storm.
