hands down, the inability to recruit/develop QB's is his biggest issue.
unlike most, i'd attribute his refusal to switch to other QBs (like Lee, BH) not to be borne out of stubborness (which is what most on here think), but based on his personal knowledge that the second guy sucks worse.
either way, its his fault he's in that pickle to begin with.

Hey, Harris didn't handle pressure nearly as well regardless of skill set disparity. I just wish he was given another opportunity. Handling the pressure, not being overwhelmed, and being able to make the play calls matter. You can't get to competing based on accuracy and skill without being able to think under pressure.
