And, I just want to say that more times than not the offense and Drew Brees are the reasons we are winning games.

I can't tell you how bubbly my guts and how puckered my booty gets when the defense has to go out there with under 2 minutes and hold a lead.

I'd much rather the Saints offense have to come back from down two points with two timeouts and two minutes left.

I fail to see how this factors into our discussion about this specific game and set of circumstances in the least bit.

It's fricked up when the offense digs us in a hole, the defense keeps the other offense at bay long enough for us to get back in, then the offense loses us the game and the defense gets the blame.

Offense had 2 chances to win the game this weekend. They were not up to the task once and totally shite the bed the second, absolutely costing us this game.
