I don't believe that with the right system and proper development that Jennings couldn't be a decent QB by now. To think that he could just suddenly turn it on for this game is not sensible. Same with the drops. These guys are not with out talent. We seem out of sync in the passing game. Ducks out of water. It needed to be worked on and developed.

If the coaching staff really does believe that Jennings really is as incapable as he appears, which I don't believe, then the change needs to be made now. Either way, Harris has the most upside. Also believe about Quinn also. Diarse looked very solid as a possession receiver in his limited opportunities. But not trying to put this on the players. It's a coaching and system problem.
