Golfers: Changing loft of Irons What are some benefits of going +2 on my set of irons. I do hit the ball pretty high, going +2 would give me a lower launch right?
The loft is the angle of the club face. For example, my PW has 46 degrees of loft.
The lie angle is the angle formed by the sole of the club and the shaft.
And don't try bending your clubs if they are cast. Forged irons will bend. Cast will probably crack.
