Appears that way. He's unhappy about retirement and health benefits and decided to go public.

That seems like a very seal thing to do actually. Delta and Green Berets are the only ones that keep quiet these days. Green Berets kill people and then take a nap, seals kill people then write a book. They are still badass Americans though
