I was literally in the same exact position as you recently. I have the same amount of experience as you and was offered an 18% raise and signing bonus.
I tried negotiating directly with the owner of the firm for a higher salary and he said that what he offered was the best that he could do. The position was highly competitive and they could have easily chosen another person with more experience than me so I accepted it.
If the whole compensation package looks good to you and it is with a reputable company, its a no brainer man... you should take it.
