Is it that terrible to expect a modicum of intelligence from the people that are electing or officials?
What we really lose that much from not letting illiterate people vote?

Only if you believe in 2 classes of citizenry
Those who have a say and those who don't have any

It's racist to expect people to have minimal intelligence.

How about those who contribute to society and those who don't?

possibly, but if this board is indicative of the population as a whole, the repubs would lose about half their voters...

banning bringing in anything to guide voting in the polls + removing parties from candidates' listings would be a start

I don't care about a political affiliation. I'm just anti-stupid.

As judged by who?
Maybe we should require a good faith deposit from those who vote? Land owners only? White males only?

I'm sure the southern white make thinks it's his intelligence that leads him to vote like all his buddies.

Nope.
Just simply remove the straight ticket option and the "R" and "D" on the ballot.
Would definitely switch things up for both parties.

i want to see the GOP broken up, as do a large % of posters on this board (possibly the majority)
disrupting those ignorant/low information voters are crucial to do this

It's illegal. We should be striving for 100% voter participation and not look to suppress the vote.

This isn't happening. Anywhere. Take your bullshite memes elsewhere

Give me an even remote example of this happening. Anywhere.

Probably not.
Alabama is a reliable red state and most of the people there can't read.
