That BP gives you a MAP-Mean Arterial Pressure of about 83. 70-110ish is normal. More important than pulse pressure
Also, depends on age--for anyone 60 and over, there are higher "norms" than for those under 60

My BP has been in the 140/100 range the last couple times my p-doc has taken it
He blames it on lack of sleep. Is that true? Am I gonna die?
