I still catch Gearz occassionally and have my DVR set to record all the Powerblock shows on Spike(Trucks, Extreme 4x4, etc) but rarely watch them, they aren't the same without Stacey.
When he was doing Trucks car companies like Ford, Dodge, GM, would give him vehicle to build up for the show. Then they'd turn around and crush them. If I remember right when he found this out he almost quit the show, that's when they started doing builds for regular people, his own vehicles, etc.

I really liked Full Custom Garage on MAVTV. One guy with a grinder and a welder that customizes cars, tucks, bikes using what ever used parts and stuff he can find at swap meets and the junk pile.
