The authorities have to contend with the trial by mob mentality, so they are probably taking longer trying to figure out how to come to the right decision without having the animals burn the town down.

Well the mob knows he robbed a liquor store shortly before the shooting. Throwing the store owner around when confronted about it. Their "gentle giant" narrative is shite.

The mob is mad because 99% of them are practically retarded. Those "eye witness" accounts have already proven mostly garbage. Same mob that swore somebody armed and shot at police had nothing but a turkey sandwich on them.
