This nut job of a foster mom gets no jail time for torturing a 2 year old boy. Giving him 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his legs and beating him.

Cases like this are why we have standard minimum sentences that the public hates when the judge should have leniency.

I bet he also didn't get any opposition if he was up for reelection.
He needs to be severely chastised, and I pray that someone hounds him for this for the rest of his - hopefully - short lived career.

It says she was arrested in 2011 and was sentenced in May of this year. Do we have any information concerning whether she bonded out? If not, it's not exactly accurate to say that she is getting no jail time.

I have found that most people would be astounded by some of the things judges get away with on a regular basis in their courtrooms with very very little accountability.
There is the judicial review board but they don't do nearly enough.
