1. Most of the complaints stemmed from the Miss State game because:
a. Miss State has possibly the best front 7 in the nation.
b. Miss State's secondary is suspect.
c. We have great WR's who are more than capable of getting separation.
d. The power run wasn't working in that game and that was clear from the word "go".
2. The issue isn't what philosophy Miles is using, it's refusing to change AT ALL when it's necessary. Power run should always be our go-to. We are one of the few programs with the talent to run it. Power run offers the greatest capability of wearing down a defense and controlling the clock. However, when a matchup proves to be unfavorable, one needs to have the presence of mind to adopt to what the defense is giving.

quote:I don't understand what you are trying to say. when we were behind, we were forced to start throwing. we started seeing 4 wide and throwing it more. it didn't work because Jennings just wasn't good. how is that miles not trying to adapt?
