We won on a 95 yd touchdown drive.
Because the defense played absolutely out of its mind to keep LSU in it. Not a single person would be happy about the offense if the score was 21-10.

So Miles fumbled the ball twice and missed a chip shot field goal? You know we should've had much more than 10 points. It wasn't the offensive philosophy that hindered our scoring in this game. We attacked their weakness effectively, but unfortunately made some mistakes on the way.

quote:no because there were 4 turnovers. you don't think that's going to happen ever game do you? other than the turnovers, the offense was pretty impressive against a very solid defense

I'm not saying the defense didn't play great, they have been awesome the past 3 weeks.
But to say we won in spite of our offense that finished out with a 13 play touchdown drive covering the entire field is a bit overboard.
I'd say it is more accurate that we won in spite of offensive mistakes, but as a whole, to gain 5.7 yrds/play against a team allowing 4.1 before, and 406 yds when allowing 290/game, is pretty good.
