Native Ultimate 12' is my suggestion if you're looking for a decent price rig; speed, weight, price, durability. You can get into base model, which I did, for roughly $750.

If you aren't a Purest check this site out. LINK / You get the best of both worlds with a Bassyak set up.

If you want a paddle powered kayak, look at Natives or Jacksons. I have a Native Slayer 14.5 and it's pretty awesome. I don't fish out of it enough, but I use it a good bit in Henderson during the spring. If you just want something for bass, you'd be fine with a 12'. I just got the 14.5' so I'd be cool with longer trips over salt water. 14.5' is a lot of boat though.
