that's what they called it

there were 3 groups of people

1. guys who clearly just started and are still working. i give them props. some of them were going at it solo for like 5+ minutes at times

2. bowed up guys who were really good at certain things (typically pushups and cleans) but were mediocre all around

3. lean/lanky guys who were kind of cut. they were aided by the low weights used but it's clear how valuable stamina is

yea like i said, just a local competition. Maybe they took the name. But novices dont actually participate in the actual Crossfit Games. They come on ESPN, and they just ended a month or 2 ago.

but that's the cool thing about it, anyone can really do it. There are scaled movements and weights for just about every movement.
