Colorado's program is the equivalent to Arkansas, good but not great.
Firing Barrnett after he had taken them to 4 Big 12 championship games in his last 5 years was a colossal mistake.

I think they're lower than Arkansas. I would put them around Minnesota.

The Big 12 North back then was a complete dumpsterfire, and getting raped 70-3 in the title game in 2005 did him in.
