It sounds like some one is jealous of a college kid getting some arse from a porn star.

It sucks but he signed up to play for and attend a private, Catholic university. They haven't exactly been low key about some of their moral clauses.
As said though, it should've been up to Notre Dame whether they wanted to push it. And him with some pics with a porn star doesn't prove they had sex outside of wedlock (even if we all know he probably did).
