Kudos to the kid for taking action:

"Academic Magnet junior defensive end Darius Nwokike, the only African-American player on the Raptors' roster, started a petition on the website change.org Monday asking the Charleston County School District to reinstate his coach. By Wednesday evening, the petition had more than 4,000 signatures, nearly doubling from the day before. "

Probably 1st or 2nd generation American. Sadly, this small population appreciates our country and its freedoms more than many native born.

I refuse to believe a kid who spends hour upon hour with a coach has a better idea of whether or not he is racist opposed to some butthurt parent of an opposing losing team.
