A huge percentage of people in the deep south are worthless as frick. I don't think a new CSA could deal with all of them.

And besides, two posters already mentioned "parasites" getting "exterminated" by the small libertarian gov't of the new CSA. Jeez. This is already sounding a lot like Nazi Germany.

if the "South" implemented limited government with no social welfare, they'd all emigrate to the "USA"
