Might want to vote Yes on this one. It's kinda weird that legislation on tax rebates, incentives and abatements CANNOT be considered in fiscal sessions and can only be considered in general sessions. That's sorta messed up.

makes more sense to vote no not yes. Don't know why would should limit when we discuss these things.
