I was busy with life and job when it went down so I never heard what happened.
Toothy just refused to conform.

Ah...
That's too bad...some of his diatribes (which went on endlessly sometimes) were absolutely spot on entertainment (if you enjoy conspiracy theories). I had no idea he was going nuts violating rules.
Oh well.
I will endeavor to keep his favorite insult alive...
