You are being led down a path with no real research and laden with bullshite.
You NEED fat, you NEED saturated fat.
The whole "fat is bad" thing is an absolute farce. You may avoid heart problems (which are debatable), but you'll have low T, higher stroke risk, and a myriad of other issues.

I didn't want to name the book because I know it has it's detractors and people have strong feelings about the subject and there are no real answers. Plenty of myth and not definite answers.
I've clearly stated that I'm not following the diet 100% and have been careful not to claim that this diet is 100% correct for everybody.
I'll post again in a month if I truly have changed what I eat on a regular basis.
edited: didn't want this to turn into a nutritional debate, because honestly I don't know enough about it and don't want to debate myths and try and dissect and disprove scientific studies.
