Pierre do you have a link or any other information on this diet?

The China Study and Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease are two books I have read about it. They don't agree on everything and I believe you have to modify it to fit your needs and lifestyle.

Regardless, my old diet wasn't working. Hypertension and high cholesterol run in my family and if I felt I needed to make a drastic change in my diet. I've only been on it for four days so I'll let you know how it worked out in about 30 days from now. If I see it works well, I will probably incorporate meat back into my diet on occasion.

This site might help you. It has some really good looking recipes. I have watched the documentary, and tried some of his prepackaged foods.

Then youre screwed. Not eating meat will have an extreme minimal affect on cholesterol. Genetics and exercise are way more important factors.

If you want to go down the China Study rabbit hole get the book nourishing traditions. Sally Fallon is the goddess of my kitchen.

Pierre if you like Chipotle they now offer what they call Sofritas. It is marinated and braised tofu. I had a sofritas burrito for lunch today and it was really good. Also don't be scared off from tofu. I don't eat it often but it is fine every now and then.
