Okay. Lets pretend that I am bad arse. And, I have a micro cuvee shipping in 2 weeks and I need a place to store how ever many cases a barrel of wine makes. And, I called NOLA and the running answer is a 3 year (ish) waiting list.
Where would I go in Baton Rouge to store my wine barrel?
Disclaimer* I am not this bad arse, but I know someone who is. I am going to offer a solution in exchange for some of that barrel of wine. Help me get drunk food board!

Isn't the wine usually bottled before it ships? About 25 cases give or take. That's still a lot to store.

Isn't there a wine storage facility in Baton Rouge? ClimaStor, or something like that. I looked for a place to store my wine when I moved to LA from California and visited that place. I ultimately decided to keep it in CA until a couple of years ago, but anyway, I remember that being a nice place.

Do you have any friends with an underground basement?

When you buy a barrel of wine they don't bottle it for you?

I'll help you get drunk anytime you're ready.
Pretty sure the climate controlled storage on Bluebonnet offers wine storage-check their website.
