No he isn't. Not even remotely close. Prescott is a very good player. Winston was the best player in the country as a freshman.

Dak has more passing td's and fewer picks against better teams with 50 fewer tries this season. He is at very least comparable. Way more rushing yards and td's as well. Rushing stats wise, Dak is killing Winston in 2014.
