I park in the street like every time. Only time I ever pull in a customer driveway is if they live on a street where one does not park on the street.

anyway OP::

I had a similar job yesterday, involving same company. They may of had some kind of personal or health problem. I hate to say though, some untrained techs "get in over their head" and flip out and drop jobs but don't at least make it right with a refund. Dishwahsers are not that hard. Is it a Bosch? A lot of people don't know Bosch and Fisher/Paykel.
Got me a nice new customer near Newman.
You are going to pay a service/consultation/trip fee from any company. Saves us from telling you whats wrong, giving a "free estimate" and then you doing the work yourself. That happens.

I charge less than that, but there are fees for taking out the unit and all. Did he tell you what was wrong? I could throw you a complete estimate.
We also collect after completion.
