He seems very calm about it, almost like he's just chatting about someone else. I'm not sure what that means. Is he a sociopath? Has he had enough time in jail to where he's just more interested in facts rather than emotional arguments? I don't know, it's weird. I can't really put myself in his shoes.

I'm thinking he had a role in it for sure and knew she was dead. Why else would he not ever try to contact her after her disappearance when they had been talking everyday?

I think one of the reasons I don't trust him is because I can see myself just like him. If I killed someone and had 15 years with which to deconstruct the case against me, I'd speak and rationalize and overjustify just like him.

He's been in prison for nearly 15 years. He may be a bit shocked that someone with no relation to him has taken such a huge interest in this case.

I still have a hard time understanding how he was convicted of this crime [Mainly because of Jay's testimony].

Also, I read on reddit last week that Jay deleted his facebook recently. No clue if it has something to do with the attention that this case has been getting.
