Sounds like this Ivan Bogdanov fella was not only allowed in the game but was allowed to casually stroll onto the pitch when things got heated.
This is the same fella that incited riots in 2010 against Italy during a Euro 2012 qualifier that required the game to be abandoned. He also is responsible for setting a US embassy on fire. He is a notorious Serbian Ultra and one of the leaders of the Ultras Boys of Red Star FC.

Spot on.
There'a strong link between (association) football clubs and supporters' groups - most of which are highly involved in criminal.
Group leaders often get funded, have doors opened, and have a voice in the club.
Some group leaders even dare to do things, like removing a captain's armband from captain's arm in front of the full stadium and cameras, after a defeat .
That player looks frightened for his life, to me.
