I agree with just about every position of his except his stance on marriage. Getting gov't out of marriage is wholly unrealistic and an institution that's secular in its origin as it predates religion entirely and regulated by the state since time began, the state has a compelling interest in regulating it.

IMO, this is talking out both sides of your mouth.
As to the OP, support almost all that. Get the government completely out of marriage and I'm on board.
