Does Wal Mart want to sell ammo or not?

So yeah, I live out in the sticks and the nearest place I can get ammo of any kind is WalMart. The nearest one to me is 9 miles away. I prefer to go to Academy, but the nearest one is 40 miles away near Lafayette. Hell, we don't even have a "local gun store" here on the prairie.
I had to go get other stuff today (like groceries), but I always stop by the sporting goods section to check it out. Last week I even scored 3 boxes of CCI .22!
I get there and no one is manning the sporting goods department. Hit the help button, no one comes. I hear the overhead calling for someone to go to sporting goods. They never arrive.
Does WalMart want to sell guns and ammo, or not? Sure doesn't seem like it. You'd think they wouldn't have trouble finding workers, it's not like the economy here is all that great.

Why? Does he run all the employees out of the sporting goods section?

Nope, I really don't think they do. As pathetic as most Wal Mart sporting goods sections are, I wonder why they even have them. And they are certainly never manned.

True. You'd think they'd have employees on a Saturday, when people do their shopping.

The majority of the people that are employed at Wal Mart are there to steal ang get a paycheck, NOT WORK! Why would you think they would want to help someone?

When I go into a store I expect customer service. Maybe you expect nothing at all, but I expect there should be someone to be able to ring it up if it's on display.
Silly me.
