This is probably true. But the big detractor is I probably get less exposure in the field and my job becomes more focused on sales/marketing rather than sales/program or partner development which is where it is now. That's the big thing in my head.

Very true. I have this belief in my head, and I'm still a young worker, that although I like my current job it isn't as good as it can be. But I can make it better! If I stay here and earn seniority, put in my time. I'm not sure how true that is though.
