My major problem with tonight's episode: fertilizer is NPK, not NPP. They got the terms right in that it is nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (potash), but K is the symbol for potassium.
eta: It made it worse that Felicity was the one explaining it since she's so intelligent.

Loved the episode, thought Cupid was just the right mix of batshit crazy and oddly endearing. I liked the fact that Oliver decided to go have dinner at Dig's instead of going out to kick the crap out of some bad guys when he walked in on Felicity and Ray macking. Little stuff like that shows how much Oliver has come since the first season.
I also enjoyed the flashbacks more this week but I'm still hoping there is some bigger picture here I'm just not seeing with the flashbacks. I dont know if they're just linked thematically with whats going on the the present day (like season 1) or if the plot in Hong Kong will tie in directly with the present day plot (like in season 2).
I'm really looking forward to the crossover episodes in two weeks but I'm also ready for the midseason finale where hopefully all the plot lines theyve been building in the early season start to really take shape and we see the bigger picture of how the season will play out.
