I'd imagine that'll be a popular one this week. Perception of the Jets and Raiders is terribly low at this point.

Cinci - 7 vs CAR - Cinci is essentially Sean Payton ATS at home, and this line would've 9 or 9.5 had CAR not had a fluky win last week.
