No he's not. It is a ball control offense, but Saban's teams have been more dominant offensively than LSU's and he's won a title with first year starters twice because his staff developed them, and they spread the ball around well. His defense has also had one bad year that makes this one look like peewee league.

No one I know expected a title this year. Not one person. Most everyone I knew expected struggles on offense and with the QB spot. We didn't think our defense would continue to regress and the team be embarrassed on a national stage twice.

Most can handle losses, but when the team looks completely lost and the coaches, people are going to be upset.
